FIRST MONTH A SUCCESS!!

Lucy Anne had two big birthdays this week--4 weeks on Wednesday and 1 month on Friday. Jerry and Alison and Nellie in Eugene sent Lucy a hippie tie dye onesie, which she decided to wear for her big day on Wednesday. Here she is, happy about an upcoming diaper change:
And here's Lucy later that evening, kickin' it in the backyard hammock:
And on Friday, enjoying her bouncy seat:
And Friday night, here's daddy and Lucy celebrating the big one month mark:

Grandma Sue and Grandpa Al, back for a 3rd visit:

And a good time was had by all:

In some ways, we can hardly imagine that it has already been a whole month since Lucy entered the world...and in other ways we can hardly remember how we spent our time before her! As you can see from the pictures, she's chunking up nicely and also losing her hair--just like her dad. She keeps working on getting those fingers into her mouth--she can get them there, but keeping them there alludes her. The swing is her new favorite place to take naps. Her playful grin now comes out more and more often, which we love to see. Enjoy these latest pics and come to see us soon!

I Miss Lucy! She looks just like the Shuler's with her cute chubby cheeks (on her FACE, that is!)

Love,

Angel--check out Lucy in that pic, she looks more like she's been on a bender than Grandpa Al does! Maybe I shouldn't have had those 3 Cosmos before nursing her (ha ha).

Expert--who is this sucking up to the Shuler women? Must be dad. Trying to score brownie points with mom again?
