Lucy and her parents had a great Christmas in Minnesota at Grandma and Grandpa's house. The actual drive there wasn't so hot, as Lucy had a few bouts of carsickness and the midwest had a few bouts with storms. But once we finally got there, we had a great time and stayed 5 days. We're back safe and sound in Omaha now, and have rearranged Lucy's bedroom and the basement playroom to accommodate all her Christmas loot! This first picture shows Lucy experiencing the joy of chocolate--she got some chocolate penguins in her stocking and would have eaten them all in one sitting if given the opportunity. Despite our efforts to fatten her up these days, we didn't let her.Lucy LOVED her Care Bear that Dave and Susie gave her! This shot was taken immediately after she opened it, and you can see that it was a big hit.

Dr. Lucy got an Elmo medical kit and some scrubs so she can play the part.
And last but not least, our Christmas night gal was proud to show Grandma her special Christmas socks.
Our little Christmas miracle had a great time just being a typical 18 month old and remains blissfully unaware of how extra special this year's celebration is for all her fans. Happy holidays!!

Thanks for sharing these pictures. The Godmamas are sending big Christmas love to all of you Shuler-Morgan types! But, especially to the Lucy girl.
Boo & Lori love Lucy!
Thanks for the pictures, they were worth waiting for.
I hope Lucy helped Sheri blow out the candles on her birthday cake tonight!
