GRRRRR...it's Lucy monster!

Ruby gave Lucy this t-shirt made by an artist who names her creations. They picked this particular one because it happened to be named "Lucy Monster." We're trying to teach her to growl like a monster, but so far she's only interested in quacking like a duck or meowing like a cat. The monster theme is kind of apropos right now, at least at night. She's dealing with another ear infection AND is cutting several teeth on top, so she is not a happy camper at night when we're all trying to sleep. She's happy and fine during the day, which amazes her parents as we drag our sorry selves out of bed after less sleep than we had when she was a newborn. She's very busy and doesn't easily sit still and smile for the camera, as the 11 month photo shoot demonstrates:

You can check out the teeth if you click on the "hi daddy!" picture
below:

How big are you Lucy? SOOO big!

Okay, that's enough...time to get down

Have you heard of Teething Tablets made by Hyland's. You can find them at your local Wal-Mart in the baby section. They are supposed to be really good for fussy babies due to teething.

It is so much fun watching Lucy grow and to read all of your great comments about her. Keep them coming!
